Reconnect QuickBooks to Merch Invoice

QuickBooks asks you to approve app connections again from time to time, for example when a connection reaches its expiry date or hasn't been used for a long stretch. Reconnecting takes a minute and keeps all your settings.

  • Payments keep being recorded on your invoices
  • Deposits keep matching your bank
  • New invoices keep getting pay links

What you'll need

  • Your Merch Invoice sign-in
  • A QuickBooks Online admin sign-in
  • About a minute

How to reconnect

  1. Sign in at app.merchinvoice.com.
  2. Open Settings, then QuickBooks. You'll see a banner if the connection needs attention.
  3. Click Connect to QuickBooks and approve the same company.
